Instructions

The model on the left shows five subunits in a model for an actin filament. Left click on equivalent atoms in successive subunits to infer the distance each subunit adds to the growing filament. The values given for distances are in Å.

Left click and drag the mouse to spin the the model around to look at different views. The "Manipulations with Mouse" button gives fuller details.
